Patient Care Team

Meet the Patient Care Team, whose goal is to make every orthodontic appointment thorough, gentle and on-time. The Patient Care Managers have all completed extensive and ongoing training at Fry Orthodontics and also have received a Certificate of Completion from the GAC Orthodontic Assisting Program. At each of your orthodontic visits they will listen to your treatment concerns, inform you of the treatment you are receiving, answer your questions and help on your journey to your new Smile of a Lifetime!

LisaLisa has been a Patient Manager at Fry Orthodontics since 1984 after graduating from Kansas City College of Medical and Dental Careers. She is glad to share her many years of orthodontic experience with the patients and families in our office. Lisa is married and the proud mother of two children.  She is excited to watch her daughter play softball at Benedictine College over the next four years and enjoys watching her high school son play sports and make his future college plans.  It’s been a rewarding career for her to know that she’s helped improve the smile of so many patients and that for the rest of their lives they will smile with confidence.

LeaLisa joined our team in 1988 and has been joyfully assisting patients and their families with their treatment ever since. Lisa first became familiar with Fry Orthodontics when she herself was a teenage patient!  Lisa is married and stays busy caring for her two daughters, gardening, riding her motorcycle and camping and watching her girls participate in all their activities. She belongs to the Madison School PTO and helps volunteer at Wheatridge Middle School. She loves working in the upbeat and fun atmosphere at Fry Orthodontics and helping create beautiful smiles everyday.

ChristinaChristina is a graduate of Brown Mackie College of Medical Assisting and joined our staff in 2003. It’s always been important to Christina to get to know the patients and families as they go through treatment and this attention to individuals and their needs is greatly appreciated by the Doctors and the patients. Christina is married and the mother of two young girls who provide plenty of cute photos for her scrapbooking hobby. She enjoys time away from the office to camp, boat, ski and to work as a volunteer for TeamSmile. It’s important to Christina to provide great treatment and a level of service that exceeds patients’ expectations..

LindiLindi has spent over seven years in the field of orthodontics since joining the team at Fry Orthodontic Specialists in 2003. Lindi graduated from the University of Iowa with her Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She’s seen the impact that having a great smile can have on patients firsthand and is aware that having a great smile benefits patients at school, work and even in their relationships. She is married with two young daughters.  Lindi enjoys baking, cooking and watching movies. She has been a volunteer at several of the TeamSmile events sponsored by the Chiefs and the Royals. We are glad that Lindi shares her enthusiam with our patients and her team members.

LisaLisa joined the field of Orthodontics in 2004 and has been helping to create beautiful smiles for over six years! Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management and has used her interest in healthcare by providing great orthodontic care. Recent research clearly shows that having good dental health can lead to better overall health. When Lisa is not working you can find her outdoors in the summer months with her husband and young son, Jack,  camping, playing volleyball and rooting on the Royals. In the fall and winter she likes to spend time with family and friends cheering on the KU football and basketball teams! Lisa has worked as a volunteer with TeamSmile and participated in a service trip sponsored by JCCC to provide early childhood education to under privileged families in Mexico.

JosieJosie was excited to begin working closely with patients after graduating from Fast Track Dental Assisting School. She joined our practice as a Patient Care Manager in 2006 and has been smiling ever since. Her cheerful outlook and positive spirit are enjoyed by our patients and her coworkers. Josie is married and keeps busy playing with her young son, reading and swimming. Josie loves working on the challenging orthodontic problems that we treat and seeing the amazing results that are achieved. It makes each day exciting and rewarding.

JackieJackie Jackie has many years of customer service experience prior to joining the Fry Orthodontic Team in 2007. She’s a terrific multi-tasker and can also be found working with new patients welcoming them to our practice. Jackie enjoys working closely with patients of all ages and seeing the patients in treatment light up when they see their new smile. A married mother of three you can find Jackie keeping up with her kids’ soccer games and spending time with her family. She enjoys volunteering for TeamSmile, an organization that helps provide dental care for underprovided children in the Kansas City area.

BeccaBecca has been part of our Fry family since 2007 and shares her time in the office guiding new patients through the process of starting treatment and also working on patients currently in treatment. Her expertise in multiple areas makes her a great employee. Married, with three children, Becca loves being outdoors and going to the lake with her family. She is excited for opportunities to volunteer at Health Fairs and in the schools. Becca enjoys having a good time with fellow team members and feels lucky to work with such amazing people.

Betty, Facilities ManagerBetty, Facilities Manager. Fry Orthodontics has been fortunate to have Betty’s can do attitude on staff since 2000. Her outstanding organizational skills help each office run efficiently. She is responsible for making sure that we meet and exceed the regulations that OSHA provides for sterilization and safety for all patients and our team members. Betty is married with two grown children and three grandchildren. She loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys visiting antique stores and flea markets. You can also find her fishing with her husband or working in her yard. Her years at Fry Orthodontics have helped her see how having a great smile improves patients overall appearance.

Natalia, Patient Care AssistantNatalia, who is Bilingual and speaks Spanish, joined the Fry Orthodontic Team in 2008 after attending Penn Valley Community College. She works hard as a Patient Care Manager always forcusing on providing treatment that is thorough, gentle and on-time. Her duties also include the sterilization of the orthodontic instruments, stocking supplies and completing lab work. These important duties are part of the systematic approach to providing outstanding and consistent treatment for every patient every day. Natalia is married, is the mother of two young children and is a gifted violinist.
