According to their website, the “Smile for a Lifetime Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization comprised of local chapters throughout the country that provides quality orthodontic treatment for patients who may not have the opportunity to achieve a beautiful, straight smile without financial assistance.” There are over 37 orthodontic practices involved with this program. Each chapter has a local board that determines who is awarded the scholarship in their community.
