Fry Orthodontic Specialists supports a variety of educational and community organizations and activities for sponsorships. We invite both organizations and individuals to apply any time throughout the year. To apply for sponsorship, simply download and complete the application and then mail it along with any written materials you may have to:

Please allow 30 days for a response, as sponsorship applications are reviewed monthly.

Requirements:

1. Sponsorship application
2. Sponsorship is available to youth community service projects, youth educational programs, special dental and medical programs, non-profit organization community development projects/programs.
3. No government programs or projects will be funded through Fry Orthodontic Specialists scholarships.
